SpendNexus offers tiered pricing designed to scale with your organization’s growth. Our billing is handled securely through LemonSqueezy.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your SpendNexus subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods in Settings > Billing.

Upgrading Your Plan

When you upgrade your plan:
  • New limits (Subscriptions, Members) are applied immediately.
  • Improved features (Slack alerts, Multi-currency) are unlocked instantly.
  • LemonSqueezy handles the pro-rated billing calculation for the remainder of your cycle.

Limits Enforcement

SpendNexus enforces limits at the API level.
  • Subscription Limit: If you attempt to add more tools than your plan allows, you will be prompted to upgrade or archive existing tools.
  • Member Limit: You will not be able to send new invites if your member limit has been reached.

FAQ

What happens if I downgrade my plan?

If you downgrade, your data will be preserved, but you may lose access to certain features (like Slack alerts) or be unable to add new tools if you are over the new plan’s limits.

Do “Archived” tools count toward my limit?

No. Only Active and Trial subscriptions count toward your total subscription limit.
